What is included in boardroom rentals?

When you rent the boardroom you will have access to a secured room with flexible seating space, HDMI connectivity to a 60″ Smart TV, wireless high speed internet access, an 8 foot wide whiteboard, and a coffee and tea station. Seating for 12 around the table is included in the initial boardroom fee. Seating for up to 35 can be accommodated at an additional charge of $10.

Where is the boardroom located?

The 705Hub boardroom is strategically located at 347 Sherbrooke St. in the busy downtown business hub of North Bay. This central location is ideal for presentations, training seminars, and meetings. Paid and unpaid parking is available in the surrounding area.

What food and beverage services are available?

The boardroom comes with tea and coffee services and vending machines are located in the main lobby. You may bring food in to eat or bring in catering from one of the many services available close by.

What other services are available?

When you rent the boardroom you can also choose to purchase any of our other convenient office services. Private office rentals, shared space rentals, fax-to-email, and virtual office services are all available. Have one convenient address for all of your services. This is the most cost effective solution to meet the needs of small businesses.

Do I have to be a 705Hub member to book the boardroom?

You are not required to be a member of the 705Hub to rent the boardroom, but you may find you want to become a member after using our services. Members pay a low annual fee and receive a 10% discount on all boardroom rentals, as well as on a number of other valuable services.

How do I book the boardroom?

The boardroom can be booked directly through our website. Simply find your selected dates and times on our boardroom booking calendar and click “Book Now”. Once we have received your booking information, you will be sent a confirmation email. The boardroom will be set-up and ready to go on the day of your rental, making it easy for you to get to work.

Is there a bathroom on site?

Newly renovated washrooms are conveniently located directly outside the boardroom for use by your employees and clients. There are also washrooms conveniently located on every level of the building.

How many people can I accommodate on a given booking?

Seating for 12 is included in the base boardroom rental fee. Additional seating for up to 35 can be added for an additional setup fee of $10. Please ensure that your booking request is accurate to the number of attendees to ensure a proper setup.
